Jon Peter Lewis has released his music independently since 2006. With Ryan Hayes he formed the folk duo Midas Whale, which reached the knockout rounds of NBC's The Voice season 4 in 2013 and self-released the album Sugar House in February 2014. His site also lists the later EP Roughcuts.[1][2][3][4]

- July 14, 2004–October 5, 2004Performed on the American Idols Live! Tour 2004 with the season's Top 10 finalists.[8]
- 2005Co-wrote and recorded It's Christmas with Canadian songwriter James Collins; it appeared on the Canadian compilation Now Christmas 2.[4]
- November 7, 2006Released his debut album Stories from Hollywood independently in a limited release.[4][7]
- July 22, 2008Released the album Break the Silence through his own label, Cockaroo Entertainment, with Adrenaline Music Group.[4]
- 2009Launched American Nobody, an internet comedy show satirizing American Idol.[4][7]
- February 2010Released a self-titled EP.[3][4]
- October 2010Produced and starred in the rock opera Deep Love: A Ghostly Folk Opera, which debuted in Idaho.[4]
