- 2004Signed a recording contract with Lyric Street Records after Rascal Flatts bassist Jay DeMarcus contacted him about his performance of "I'm Movin' On" on American Idol.[4][5]

- November 8, 2011Released his third album, Redemption, on Average Joes Entertainment; its single "Long Way to Go" was his first entry on the adult contemporary chart, peaking at No. 16.[4][14]
