Paul McDonald fronts the Nashville band Paul McDonald & The Mourning Doves, formed in 2023. His album So Long to the Dark Side, recorded with that band and producer Bobby Holland, came out in July 2025. He founded the One Big Love festival in Nashville in 2022.⁠[1][2][3][4][5]
