Scott Savol lives in Cleveland and still sings professionally. He released the single Round Midnight on April 23, 2021, after his album In Spite of All on Mahoning Valley Records on December 12, 2011. He was the lead male singer of The Avenue Band from 2013 to 2016.⁠[1][2][3][4]

After the show

  1. 2006In the year after American Idol he moved to Nashville and began work on a debut EP titled Human.⁠[4]
  2. February 8, 2008He released the single Don't Rush on February 8, 2008. It was his first single after American Idol.⁠[3][7]
  3. June 2008In June 2008 he was a headliner of America's Favorite Finalists at the Grand Palace in Branson, Missouri, a show of six top-12 finalists produced by Steve Drummond.⁠[1]
  4. January 2010After returning to Cleveland in 2009, he signed with Mahoning Valley Records, an independent label in Youngstown, Ohio, and began recording his debut album, In Spite of All, in January 2010.⁠[1][4]
